1. Acceptance of Terms By registering for, accessing, or using the FinPOS-ERP platform, website, or cloud services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or legal entity, you represent that you have the legal authority to bind such entity.

2. Description of Service FinPOS-ERP provides cloud-based business management, Point of Sale (POS), inventory, invoicing, HR, and service repair management software. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update features within the Service at any time to improve performance or security.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current, and complete details during registration.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, passwords, and staff access permissions.
You are responsible for all activities, transactions, and changes executed under your account.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, & Cancellations

Fees: Access to certain plans or features requires paid subscription fees. Billed rates are outlined on our official pricing page.
Billing Cycle: Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
Refunds: All payments made to FinPOS-ERP are non-refundable except where explicitly required by law.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account admin panel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Acceptable Use Policy You agree not to:

Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
Use the system for illegal transactions, fraudulent sales, or prohibited business activities.
Circumvent usage limits, user access roles, or security controls.
Upload malicious code, viruses, or software intended to disrupt service availability.

6. Data Ownership & Protection

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all inventory records, transaction history, customer details, and business data uploaded to FinPOS-ERP.
Data License: You grant FinPOS-ERP a limited license to store, process, host, and back up your data solely for maintaining and delivering the Service.
Backups: While we run automated server backups, you are encouraged to export regular offline copies of your essential financial and tax records.

7. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, FinPOS-ERP is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. FinPOS-ERP shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages—including lost profits, hardware failures, local internet outages, or cash drawer discrepancies—resulting from your use of the Service.

8. Service Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in fraudulent activities.

9. Changes to Terms We may update these Terms periodically. Notice of significant updates will be provided via email or in-app notifications prior to taking effect. Continued use of the Service following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
